Processing Times
As a small business it can take me a few days to assemble your order and get it shipped to you. Please allow 3-6 business days for your items to be shipped and the tracking number to be sent through to you! Pease note that even express orders will still have a 3-6 day processing time.

I am not responsible nor do I have control over customs fees and taxes, so please keep this in mind if you decide to order.

International shipping can take up to 3 – 8 weeks to be delivered. For a better idea about how long your parcel may take to get to you please feel free to check the Australia Post website linked below.

Unfortunately I have suspended shipping to the UK due to the VAT tax.
Tracking Information
I ship all parcels through Australia Post.
You can track your package through the Australia Post website https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/ and app. All orders are sent from the postcode 2107.
Packaging
All orders will be packaged safely (shredded paper filled or reused bubble wrapped - all orders are sent in boxes only) to ensure your wearable art arrives to you looking as fabulous as it looked the day it was made.
Returns & Refund Information
There are no returns or exchanges on any jewellery pieces for hygiene purposes.
This is still applicable even if they are not worn or if you have a change of mind. Once an order is placed it will not be refunded.
